Kari Young is the Executive Director of the Nash Community College Foundation, where she leads fundraising, donor cultivation, and strategic partnerships to advance student success and strengthen community impact. She also owns Forward Fundraising, a consultancy dedicated to helping nonprofits build intentional, relationship-based fundraising programs. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit development—including leadership roles at Degrees of Change, Lutheran Community Services Northwest, and KNKX (NPR Affiliate)—Kari has a proven track record of growing major gift programs, launching innovative campaigns, and exceeding fundraising goals. She is passionate about equipping others with the tools to build sustainable fundraising strategies that transform organizations and the communities they serve.
