Managing Grant Monitoring

In the absence of technology to monitor, track and document key implementation and administration activities, we will review a Monitoring Tool created in Excel, provide real life examples, and share best practices. Examples include navigating a scope of work change with the program officer, requesting modifications, tracking performance measures and holding project teams accountable for meeting them, reviewing grant budgets and adjusting to ensure appropriate spending, and reporting changes in key personnel, all while documenting the history.

This session will feature a virtual speaker.
